چکیده
Abstract Background Bioprospecting lipase producers in non-conventional habitats are the way to find special enzymes of diverse applications. Halo-alkaline marshes Wadi El Natrun Egypt some most stable ecological systems world, and because double extremities alkalinity salinity, they harbor individual microbes capable adapting stress conditions. Results Eight strains were recovered from coastline soil Al-Beida Lake have been tested for production. Among eight isolates, strain SBLWN_MH2 was active producer (7.5 U/ml). The crude showed activity over a wide pH range (3.5 13) with an optimum at 10.5, it able show more than 75% its highest elevated up 13. identification using phenotypic genotypic methods strongly indicated that belonged genus Streptomyces similarity 99%. Thus, has given suggested name sp. (MG593538). produced extracellular modified starch casein medium supplemented different oils or Tween-80, potential production rate attained case linseed oil after 3 days. Further experiments carried out optimize composition through Box-Behnken design response surface methodology, possible achieve 3.5-fold increase Conclusions present study indicates is could be fruitfully employed large-scale highly alkaline lipase.

Identification of Hydraulic Parameters of Wadi El Natrun Pliocene Aquifer Using Artificial Neural Network
Many techniques, approaches and tools were used in this Research to achieve the Methodology. Using artificial neural network to simultaneous hydraulic parameters is one of these techniques. Transmissivity and storativity consider the most important parameter in each aquifer due to the reality of their effect on the aquifer properties. In this research, it is assumed that the transmissivity (T) ...
متن کاملIsolation and molecular identification of bacteria producing alkaline phosphatase enzyme from environmental sources
Alkaline phosphatase (ortho phosphate, monoester hydrolase phosphoinositide E. C. 3.1.3.1) is a non-specific metalloproteinase enzyme that is located inside periplasmic space of bacteria. This enzyme is used to measure freshwater sediment in genetic engineering for cleaning water. Isolation and molecular identification of the bacteria producing alkaline phosphatase and comparison of its product...

conclusions the crude extract of streptomyces sp. acs52 had high antibacterial activity against a wide spectrum of bacteria and could be of interest due to its features such as ability to grow at low temperatures and alkaline ph levels. results streptomyces sp. acs52 is a cold-resistant alkalophilic bacterium strain with antibacterial activity against a broad spectrum of pathogenic bacteria. th...
متن کاملProduction of lipase from Streptomyces
Enzymes are considered as nature’s catalysts and the most enzymes are produced by the fermentation of bio based material. Lipases are unique in catalyzing the hydrolysis of fats into fatty acids and glycerol at the water-lipid interface and reversing the reaction in non-aqueous media. Lipolytic enzymes are involved in the breakdown and thus in the mobilization of lipids within the cells of indi...
متن کاملTaxonomy and Polyphasic Characterization of Alkaline Amylase Producing Marine Actinomycete Streptomyces rochei BTSS 1001
Actinomycetes isolated from marine sediments along the southeast coast of Bay of Bengal were investigated for amylolytic activity. Marine actinomycete BTSS 1001 producing an alkaline amylase was identified from marine sediment of Diviseema coast, Bay of Bengal. The isolate produced alkaline amylase with maximum amylolytic activity at pH 9.5 at 50°C. The organism produced white to pale grey subs...
